What to bring

Experience the benefits of 'being mode' rather than 'doing mode


  • Wear comfortable easy clothing
  • Bring a yoga/exercise mat, cushion and blanket ( If you are unable to provide any of these we do have a supply, just let us know if you need anything).
  • Arrive about 10 minutes early for settling in.
  • Bring a bottle of water and a packed lunch. If there is lunch provided or cafe facilities we will let you know on booking.
  • Inform us of any special requirements you may have and we will endeavour to meet them.
