Deepening your Practice Day

It is an opportunity to share a day of practising mindfulness and compassion for those with some experience of mindfulness/meditation. A chance to join with fellow practitioners in a safe space to explore your experience and increase your awareness with kindness, gentleness and curiosity. This day will include some silent practice with a chance for self inquiry and discussion at the end of the day.
It would be appreciated if participants could donate towards the lunch by bringing something for us all to share as a group.

A Day of Gentle Mindful Moving & Practice

About the Day:
The Mindful Moving Day is all about exploring different forms of mindfulness practice which uses movement as a way to connect with ourselves in a kind and non-judgemental way. Together with support from the facilitators you will be invited to work with the edges of your own ability and to soften and listen in to the wisdom of your own body. Every movement is an opportunity to open to your own present moment experience, revisiting the functions and principles of mindfulness practice.

Please bring a packed lunch, yoga mat, blanket cushions etc for your own comfort.

Silent Practice Day

It can feel almost impossible to disconnect from the world around us, technology, traffic, loud music and other stimuli can be very persistent and encroach on our ability to really listen to what is going on within us.
So, this Silent Practice Day offers up a quiet and safe space to just be, whilst being guided through mindfulness practice. Silence within mindfulness is foundational in nature, can be refreshing and invigorating. Sometimes, people expect to find it difficult to be in silence for one day but may end up feeling really relieved at being able to step out from being sociable, having to find things to talk about or appear interested in others.
It is also a lovely preparation for longer silent mindfulness retreats.

Please bring a packed lunch, yoga mat, blanket cushions etc for your own comfort.
