Strengthen and deepen your mindfulness practice, nourish and care for yourself.
Four hours of space. Jean and Sonia will lead you through mindfulness practices, refreshing your mindfulness skills, renewing your intention to practice and providing you with the space to hold yourselves in a gentle, non-critical way.
This is intended for those of you who have practiced mindfulness meditation but can also be attended by beginners, if in doubt contact Jean and Sonia to discuss.
