Community Meditation Evenings

We offer opportunities to meet together in a friendly, supportive and light-hearted place to share ideas and practise mindfulness meditation together. This provides a safe container to deepen knowledge and practice by developing INTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTITUDE, as described by Shapiro and Carlson (2009).
