This mindfulness session is designed to introduce you to what Mindful Eating is. It is an introduction to the 8 week course which is about exploring and allowing yourself to become aware of the nurturing opportunities that are available through food preparation and consumption which respects your own inner wisdom. It is not a weight reduction course, although it can be a side effect.
Although we endeavour to secure your safety during the session, you remain responsible for your own well-being throughout with our support. Please read all the information provided with this application.
Please make us aware of any simple health care needs that we can accommodate on the questionnaire below.
Confirmation of booking will be made upon receipt of your application form.
If you have to cancel for any reason we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can accommodate others.
