The mindfulness courses are designed to help you promote awareness of your mind and body. They are not being offered specifically as a treatment for any physical or psychological conditions. However the aim is for individuals to benefit from the practices they develop but guarantees of this are not included. You are responsible for your own well-being .

Please make us aware of any simple health care needs that we can accommodate on the questionnaire below.

Using mindfulness combined with purposeful transformational coaching we aim to empower and enhance your creativity. Your experience will include an eclectic mix of creative learning, powerful distinctions and evidence-based theory.

If you experience unforeseen circumstances and have to cancel within this time we aim to be understanding. We will do our best to transfer your booking to another course, if not possible a refund will be given at our discretion minus an administration fee.

The courses are facilitated by:

 Jean Nash, RMN(retired), BS(c)Hons, Post Grad(dip) CMRP, Certificate of Competence in teaching Mindfulness Based Interventions.

Jean's professional background is in mental health nursing in the NHS. Over the last fourteen years she has been teaching Mindfulness in the NHS and developed this further by training at Bangor University, the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice which has international links and expertise.

Sonia Eastwood has recently retired from a long career in the NHS as a mental health nurse. She has had an interest in yoga and meditation since the age of 22 which has benefited her throughout her professional and personal life. Sonia has recently completed her training in Mindful Self Compassion with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University.

Alan Clark is a qualified business and life coach, has 20 years successful corporate leadership experience and a huge passion for personal, leadership and business development. Alan’s coaching, although bespoke, does focus on mindset and how each of us recognise and use their infinite creative minds to powerfully create, impact and influence – and what is getting in the way! He is currently furthering his learning and development with an American coaching school, interacting with top business, leadership and life coaches and brings his transformational learning into his own coaching practice.
